Dan Grabowski

Chief Executive Officer

  • 20+ years experience in commercial and residential construction; 10 years experience within the cannabis sector with intensive focus on the cultivation operations, engineering, and building processes required to build sustainable, commercial cannabis companies.

  • Co-founder and COO of Medican Aps, the 2nd licensed cultivation company in Denmark. Dan and his team were the first Americans to apply for and submit a license to produce, distribute, and manufacture cannabis products in Denmark.

  • Founder and President of Louis Del Favero Orchids in Tampa, FL; soon to obtain a Florida license.

Eric Hoffman

Chief Financial Officer

  • 22+ years C-level executive (COO, CFO) in the areas of technology, accounting/finance, payroll, and human resources.

  • COO of a software company providing senior level consulting and software services to the following sampling of clients: California Dental Association, Boston Red Sox, Minnesota Timberwolves, Sumiden Wire Corporation, and the California State Teachers Retirement Assoc.

  • Software company wrote the first PC based scheduling system to manage the part time workforce at major stadiums, arenas, and amphitheaters for clients such as: New Cowboys Stadium, New Yankee Stadium, New England Patriots, Chicago Cubs, Boston Red Sox, and more than  370 additional locations..

    -Larger clients included Clear Channel, Live Nation, AEG, AEG Live, and Goldenvoice

  • Sage Software, Microsoft, and Citrix partner for 20+ years.

  • 9+ years in the US and the EU cannabis industry including senior level experience with outdoor, indoor, greenhouse/LD cultivation.

    -Indoor cultivation of Cookie Family genetics for 9+ years.

    -2+ years concentration in the Hemp and CBD marketplace including cultivation and lab processing.

Gunner Heard

Chief cultivation Officer

  • 7+ years licensed commercial cannabis experience in both the US and the EU; award winning cultivator (CA).

  • Recently served as the Chief Cultivation Officer for Medican located in Denmark, where he and his team designed, built, and operated the largest indoor cannabis production facility in the country.

  • Expert level knowledge in facility build out/design, cutting edge cultivation technology, and crop monitoring/management systems.

JAkob Sandersen

chief compliance officer

  • More than 20 years experience within the pharmaceutical industry and has also served as a Vice President of Regulatory Affairs.

  • Approved as QP for both GMP and GDP and expert level knowledge in GMP compliance and pharmaceutical regulations within the EU.

  • Upstart expert experience of cannabis legislation in Denmark and EU and regulatory submissions.
